As the stunning colours of Autumn emerge, we're planning ahead a little for a time when you may need something other than the sunshine to keep you warm! Throughout November and December 2011 and January and February 2012*, let the open fire of Fairhaven's Guest Lounge keep your toes toasty after a day out exploring the area.

Arriving for a two or three-night stay either on a Monday, Friday or Saturday, take pleasure in having a two-course supper ready to greet you. Perhaps a hearty fish pie followed by a sticky toffee pudding with custard, or Parma ham-wrapped chicken breast served with roasted vine tomatoes, followed by a slice of chocolate fudge cake and cream? A glass of red wine or a dram of whisky whilst sat beside a roaring fire, with good company and the book you've been meaning to start since you ran out of time on your Summer hols?
